CLASS INFORMATION

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and appropriate athletic cross-training shoes (some classes such as pilates and yoga do not require shoes). Come ready to go or at least ready for a quick change!

What should I bring?

A water bottle (we have a refillable water station as well as sell a wide variety of beverages) – everything else is provided! If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, be sure to bring a required physician release before your first class so you can participate.

What can I expect at class?

WIN is unique in that we offer a HUGE variety of group fitness formats! From incredibly challenging and fast-paced workouts to self-paced sessions and mind-body classes, there is something for everyone! We love awesome music and are extremely time-efficient, our classes will leave you feeling accomplished! See our class schedule for what to specifically expect at your session.

Is this for any fitness level?

Our classes are designed to be challenging because they work! Most all of our classes are suitable for any fitness level. Always let us know if you need specific alternatives to any exercise or have any limitations well before class begins. Your instructor will encourage and challenge you while insisting you listen to your body while still being honest with your effort level. Please read the specific class descriptions to see what sounds best for you. If you’re still unsure, try a low-impact class first – they aren’t necessarily ‘easier’ but you might find them to be a great starting place. Contact us any time for specific class recommendations.

How do I cancel a class?

If you are unable to attend your class you must cancel via the Momence booking system either online or via the app 8 hours in advance to class start time to avoid penalties. Cancellations via text, phone and email will not be accepted except in cases of emergency.

Do you have a referral program?

We are excited to offer our current clients incentive to refer their friends and family to WIN! CHILDCARE INFORMATION

What is the WIN Kids Club?

WIN Kids Club is our amazing reliable childcare service where littles get to play while you get your workout in! WIN Kids Club is located in our Studio 3 Clubhouse and is clean, safe and lots of fun! Kids will enjoy age-appropriate toys and even a bouncy house under supervision from our WIN Childcare Staff. In addition, we love playing fun games, going through obstacle courses as well as coloring, face painting and simple crafts.

How old are the children in Kids Club?

Our WIN Kids Club is designed for children ages one through six. If your child is younger than one, please contact Erika Gruner at 847-878-5508 for more information.

How do I sign-up for Kids Club?

To sign-up for WIN Kids Club Childcare, visit our CLASS SCHEDULE and chose the childcare time(s) that match up with your WIN workout(s). We require advance scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing.

Class schedules, appointments, teachers and the prices of classes, passes, and products are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for our most current offerings, and be sure to follow us on social media for more information.

Class Capacity

Our classes have a set capacity to ensure all participants have enough equipment and space. Participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register for class via Momence; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed space. If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist. The studio reserves the right to turn walk-ins away if the studio class is full.

Cancellation Policy

We encourage personal accountability. All cancellations must be made through the Momence app or website. Our cancellation window is 8 hours before the start time of your class.

NO SHOW: Clients who do not show up for their class (“No Show”)  will lose their class credit or if a passholder, incur an added fee*.

LATE CANCEL: Any client who cancels outside of our cancellation window of 8 hours will lose their class credit or if a passholder, incur an added fee*.

We are a client-focused studio and our #1 goal is to get you into WIN for an amazing workout – we sincerely want to see you in class!
